AETHOS is a medical aesthetics practice on Manhattan's Upper East Side, led by a board-certified plastic surgeon and built around a minimal-downtime, results-first philosophy. The brief was clear: the space had to feel less like a clinic and more like a private members' lounge.

REMI delivered a full interior renovation across the ground-floor suite, balancing the warmth of a hospitality environment with the precision a medical setting demands. A curved sofa and leather swivel chairs sit on terrazzo and stone tile, framed by walnut trim, backlit display niches, and soft cove lighting, while the consultation and treatment rooms behind the front-of-house hold to strict clinical standards with stainless fixtures and surgical-grade lighting.

The result is a space that reassures before a single word is spoken, a setting that signals expertise and care from the moment a client walks in.
