2 Wall Street, 8th Floor

2 Wall Street is a pink-granite Art Deco tower completed in 1932, designed by Walker and Gillette and standing at the corner of Wall Street and Broadway in the heart of the Financial District. The building's landmark protections and historic character shaped the approach to renovating its eighth floor.

REMI delivered a full commercial floor renovation, opening the plan to take advantage of the building's high ceilings and strong natural light. Exposed structure, clean glazed partitions, and a restrained finish palette create a flexible, modern workspace that respects the bones of the original building.

The result is a contemporary commercial floor that sits comfortably inside one of Lower Manhattan's enduring towers.
