A ground-level marketing visual at the base of one of Midtown's most-trafficked office towers. The brief asked for an immersive, planted environment that could shift the perception of the address from transactional to residential — without losing the volume of light the original lobby relied on. The completed space pairs full-height cypress trees with curtain-soft dividers, a custom green wall, and a softly anchored lounge moment for prospective tenants.
