WatchHouse occupies a newly built space within the iconic Chrysler Building at 405 Lexington Avenue, one of New York City's most celebrated architectural landmarks. Delivering a contemporary hospitality concept within a building of such historic significance required a careful balance between modern functionality and respect for the character of the surrounding environment.

REMI completed the full interior build-out, transforming the space into a warm and inviting café setting. The project incorporated detailed finishes, custom elements, and carefully coordinated construction work to support WatchHouse's distinctive brand identity while creating an efficient and welcoming experience for guests.
