Greenland Capital Management is a New York investment firm founded in 2021 that backs and incubates emerging hedge fund managers. As a growing firm, it needed a workspace that felt calm and grounded while supporting a number of independent investment teams under one roof.

REMI delivered an office renovation built around warmth and focus. A suspended wood slat ceiling with integrated linear lighting runs over cork flooring, custom oak millwork, and a dark stone island, while open desk areas, soft lounge seatings, and a full kitchen and dining zone are layered with greenery and natural light. The result balances the quiet of a heads-down workspace with the ease of a hospitality setting.

The finished office reads as considered and established without feeling corporate, fitting for a firm that asks its managers to think long term.
